Clearer chart reporting timelines

Take the guesswork out of Billboard reporting. The Chart Reporting page now features a timeline mapping out each Billboard week, the cutoffs your sales need to hit, and exactly when those numbers are finalized. A new "Carried forward" box tracks units that missed the cutoff, automatically counting them in the week they ship or are redeemed. Note: UK, Australia, and Italy views remain unchanged.
