Which charts does Single report to?
Billboard in the US and Canada, the Official Charts Company in the UK and France, FIMI in Italy and ARIA in Australia. Each chart sets its own rules, its own week and its own cut-off, so go to the chart itself for what qualifies. We submit; they decide.
Do my digital sales report automatically?
Yes. Any digital album Single powers is submitted for you. You do not need to do anything for it to count.
How do I get physical counted?
You submit it. Pick the vinyl, CDs, cassettes or fan packs you want reported rather than having your whole store swept up.
How often does the data update?
Every hour. You can watch units move from pending through to reported across the reporting week.
Why was one of my sales excluded?
