1. How fast will I hear back?

Usually within an hour during weekday office hours, and always within one business day. We're based in Central, so anything outside those hours we'll get to the next working day.

2. Can I find the answer faster myself?

Often, yes. Our help center has setup guides, product docs, and video walkthroughs, and a lot of common questions are already answered there.

3. Can we hop on a call?

We keep support over email and the help desk. It's faster and lets us dig into your account properly. For enterprise or partnership conversations, mention it in your message and we'll figure out the right next step.
