Video viewer hours track the time fans spend on your on-demand videos, livestreams, and rentals. Each plan comes with a base monthly allocation of hours, plus additional hours are added for every paid member or ticket sold. These hours reset on the day your Single subscription renews each month.

If you exceed these combined hours, a $0.15 fee is charged for each extra hour used.

Single's 15% transaction fee is applied to the price of the product that the digital album or livestream ticket is attached to. The minimum (for free products) is 15 cents. There is a $3 max for digital album bundles, and a $5 max for livestream ticket bundles.

Single does not bill your credit card directly and you are not required to enter a payment method into the Single platform. Single  posts all charges to your Shopify invoice. All billing is done through Shopify. Learn more HERE.

You can download a summary or detailed report of charges under Settings > Usage and Billing > Export Summary or Export All Charges.

You’ll only incur a 5% transaction fee on the sale of promoted products during a free livestream. Ticketed livestreams do not incur this fee.
