Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales & Artist Relations Manager with a passion for the music industry to join our team. As a Sales & Artist Relations Manager, you’ll drive revenue growth by building and maintaining relationships with artists, labels, and industry partners. You’ll work closely with our marketing and customer success teams to identify new opportunities, onboard new clients, and contribute to our mission of empowering creators.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the music industry, focusing on artists, labels, and managers
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives that drive revenue growth
- Provide product demos and educate clients on our platform’s features and benefits
- Track and report sales performance, including metrics on conversion rates, revenue growth, and client retention
- Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and strategies
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of sales experience within the music industry, preferably with SaaS, digital platforms, or tech solutions for artists
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple projects
- Passion for music and a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the music industry
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs
